Canned Hamburger Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 lb. hamburger
    1/2 lb. Tender Quick
    3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 1/2 oz. pepper
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Form meatballs and pack in jars.
    Cold pack 3 hours.
    Pressure can 90 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
