Dessert Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Colonial white sandwich bread
    margarine or butter, melted or softened
    sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    With drinking glass or cookie cutter, cut one circle from each slice of bread.
    Spread both sides of bread with butter and press each into a muffin tin or custard dishes.
    Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon in each bread shell and place in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until the shells are golden brown.
    Remove the shells from the pan and allow to cool.
    Fill each shell with drained fruit, jello or fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, cantaloupe, etc.) and top with whipped cream if desired.
