Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. raisins
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 c. applesauce
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 Tbsp. Sweet 'N Low
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecans
    1 small apple, chopped fine
Preparation
    Put raisins and water in medium saucepan.
    Cook until water is absorbed.
    Combine applesauce and baking soda.
    Mix well.
    Mix flour, Sweet 'N Low, honey, oil, cinnamon, eggs, nuts and chopped apple.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix until well blended.
    Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
