Teriyaki Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
    3 bell peppers, chopped
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
    Coat skillet with cooking spray.
    Add chicken pieces and cook thoroughly.
    Add teriyaki sauce, onions, and peppers.
    Cover and cook on low-medium 5-10 minutes.
    Mix cornstarch with a little water, and stir thoroughly. Add to chicken in skillet, and simmer on medium 10 minutes, or until sauce is thickened.
    Serve over cooked white rice.
