Easy Italian Stir-Fry For Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, cut into medium-sized chunks
    1 onion, cut into medium-sized chunks
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans tomato wedges (Del Monte makes several versions of these)
    2 tsp. oregano (approximately)
    1 tsp. garlic (approximately)
    black pepper to taste
    spaghetti or other pasta
Preparation
    Drain the juice from the 2 cans of tomatoes into a large frying pan.
    Cook the peppers, onions and spices in the juice for about 10 minutes.
    Add the tomatoes, cover and cook an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
    Spoon over cooked pasta.
