Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large eggs
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Lightly beat eggs together.
Add mayonnaise and water and scramble lightly.
Heat large skillet on medium-low; add margarine. Add egg mixture.
When eggs are set on the edges, stir slightly. Repeat whenever edges are set.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Do not overcook.
Serves 4.
