Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. cooked, diced potatoes, drained
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place potatoes seasoned with salt into baking dish.
    Heat butter, flour, milk, cheese and pepper in a saucepan to make a sauce.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
