Shrimp Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, minced
    1 stick margarine
    1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    hot rice or noodles
    chopped chives
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine until golden brown.
    Add shrimp and cook until pink.
    Stir in flour and mix well.
    Add salt, pepper, garlic, mushrooms and soup.
    Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add sour cream just before serving over hot rice or noodles.
    Garnish with chives.
    Serves 4 to 6.
