Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 small can chopped mushrooms
    1 c. grated medium Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel
    and
    boil potatoes and onion until tender.
    Spray casserole dish
    with
    Pam.\tPour
    potatoes\tand onion in dish. Add mushrooms,\tdrained, salt and pepper.
    Add flour to margarine, then
    milk.
    When mixture thickens slightly add cheese. Pour this sauce over potatoes.
    Heat in oven approximately 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
