Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    2 sticks butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. burnt sugar or caramel or maple flavoring
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Pop corn and put in roaster pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients (except baking soda).
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add baking soda.
    Pour mixture over popcorn.
    Stir with a wooden spoon.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 10 minutes. Pour out on waxed paper.
    Store in airtight container.
