Morcon (Stuffed Steak) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut 1/4-inch thick
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 tsp. pepper (black)
    1/2 lb. ham, cut into julienne strips
    2 sliced sausages (pepperoni or chorizo)
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped green olives
    1 c. oil
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 bay leaf
    2 c. water
    1 c. tomato sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tomatoes, diced
Preparation
    Pound steak as thin as possible between wax paper.
    Marinate in vinegar, mixed with garlic and black pepper for 30 minutes; reserve marinade.
