Mexican Willies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 green onions, chopped
    8 to 10 flour tortillas
    1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
    1 small jar green chilies (mild or medium)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together cream cheese, green chilies, green onions and shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Spread on tortillas.
    Roll and refrigerate overnight.
    Slice.
    Dip into salsa.
