Simple Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. reduced-calorie catsup
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 hamburger bun, split
Preparation
    Cook meat and onions in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is browned and onion is tender; drain in a
    colander and pat dry with a paper towel. Wipe pan drippings from skillet with a paper towel. Return beef mixture to skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients except hamburger bun. Cook until thoroughly heated. Spoon mixture evenly over bun halves. Yield: 2 servings.
