Mother'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jello dissolved in 1 c. hot water
4 oz. cream cheese
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can Milnot, whipped
1/2 lb. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick margarine
1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Add cream cheese mixture to hot Jello. When cool, add to whipped Milnot. For bottom/topping, mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine, and powdered sugar. Reserve 1/2 cup. Place rest of crust mix in a large pan. Add Jello mixture. Sprinkle top with reserved crumb mixture. Refrigerate for several hours before serving. May be served with fruit.
