Jalapeno Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggplants
    1 to 2 onions, chopped
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Tony's Creole seasoning
    bread crumbs
    1/2 pkg. jalapeno cheese, grated
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
Preparation
    Peel and cook eggplant in small amount of water until tender. Mash with slotted spoon.
    Saute onions in bacon drippings or vegetable oil until tender.
    Add mashed eggplant, seasoning and remaining ingredients.
    Pour in greased casserole and top with bread or cracker crumbs.
    Dot with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
