Pork Chops Gumbalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. rice (do not use Minute rice) and 2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in oil.
    Use the lid of your skillet to drain them in while you cook onion, bell pepper and soy sauce in skillet for 3 minutes.
    Add water; bring to boil.
    Add rice; lower heat and place pork chops in skillet.
    Cover and cook on low about 20 minutes or until rice is done.
