Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 c. pumpkin
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff; add last, stirring lightly.
    Beat egg yolks well.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned, then turn down to 350\u00b0 and bake until set, approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
