Carob Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yard egg
    6 Tbsp. raw butter, softened
    1/2 c. sorghum
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    1/4 c. brown rice flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. carob chips
Preparation
    In blender, combine egg and butter.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add sweeteners and vanilla.
    In a large bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
    Combine blender mixture with dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Fold in carob chips.
    Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 3 dozen.
