Pancakes (Norwegian Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with a wire whip.
    Pour small amount of batter into hot, lightly buttered 8-inch frypan, tilting frypan immediately to spread batter evenly.
    Pancakes should be very thin.
    Cook until light brown, turn and brown other side (adjusting heat as necessary).
    Remove from pan and sprinkle with sugar.
    Fold in half, then fold again. (Frypan can be lightly buttered as needed.)
