Granny Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple with juice
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. soda
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts over batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Frost with cream cheese icing when cool.
