Cornell University Chicken Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
3 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 pt. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg
Preparation

Beat the egg, then add the oil and beat again.
Add seasoning while beating; add vinegar.
Pour over chicken and marinate for a day or two.
