Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 Tbsp. basil
pinch of oregano
3/4 tsp. salt
1 (No. 1) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
5 oz. wide noodles
1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese
1 beaten egg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown meat and spoon off excess fat. Add next 7 ingredients to meat. Simmer, uncovered, until thick (30 minutes). Cook noodles as directed.
Combine cottage cheese with next 5 ingredients.
Place half the noodles in baking dish. Spread half the cottage cheese mixture over this. Add half the Mozzarella cheese, then half the meat mixture.
Repeat layers.
Place grated cheese on top. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
