Bananas 'N Cream Bundt Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. shortening
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, cream the shortening and sugar.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add bananas and mix well.
Add flour to the cream mixture alternately with sour cream, stirring just until combined.
Stir in walnuts.
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
