Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    3 lb. onions
    2 bunches celery
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. m.s.g.
    cornstarch
    1/2 small bottle soy sauce
    1 can bean sprouts
Preparation
    Cook meat and set aside.
    In butter, cook celery until it changes color; add onions and liquid to cover vegetables.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add meat, bean sprouts and soy sauce.
    Thicken with cornstarch.
    Serve with rice and noodles.
    Serves approximately 4.
