Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 slices bacon, cut in small pieces
    2 to 3 Tbsp. vinegar
    about 1 c. water
    2 to 3 Tbsp. mustard
    1 medium onion
    4 to 6 dill pickles
    green pepper (optional)
    eggs (optional)
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    10 medium potatoes
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes until done, then chop or mash.
    Add chopped pickles, chopped onions, chopped green pepper, chopped eggs, salt and pepper.
    In skillet fry bacon until crisp, crumble and add to mixture.
    Add mixture of vinegar, water and mustard. The more potatoes you use the more of all the other ingredients you will need.
