Lemon Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 can chicken broth
    3 carrots, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small sliced onion
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
Preparation
    Saut onions in oil.
    Add chicken and cook until tender and browned.
    Add chicken broth; bring to boil.
    Add carrots, broccoli and lemon juice.
    Add rice; reduce heat to medium-low.
    Cover and cook until rice is fluffy and liquid is cooked away (not too dry).
