Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute in blender or 2 minutes with hand mixer.
Pour into pie pan.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55minutes.
