Mediterranean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cucumber, sliced
    2 large tomatoes, cut in eighths
    6 oz. Feta cheese
    1 c. Greek olives
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
    dash of oregano
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Crumble cheese into salad bowl. Add cucumbers, tomatoes and olives.
    In small jar with tight fitting lid, combine olive oil, vinegar, green onions, oregano, parsley, basil, thyme leaves and pepper. Shake until well blended.
    Pour over cheese and vegetables.
    Toss gently. Serve on lettuce leaves.
