Weber Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. ribs
6 oz. garlic salt
6 oz. black pepper
6 oz. seasoning salt
2 oz. paprika
Preparation

Soak charcoal for 15 minutes before lighting.
Separate coals into 2 sections (circular cooking).
Light coals and let them get hot.
Sprinkle pepper, seasoning salt, paprika and garlic salt all over the ribs and rub in.
Place ribs on the edge of rack.
Cover and let cook until all ribs are dark brown (approximately 1 1/2 hours).
