Pamela'S Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    3 tsp. grated orange rind
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift
    dry ingredients; set aside.
    Cream butter and add sugar gradually; add orange rind and eggs.
    With wooden spoon, slowly add dry ingredients.
    Chill for two hours or overnight. Roll very thin.
    Cut
    with cookie cutters.
    Paint each cookie with egg white.
    Sprinkle with fancy sugars or cinnamon sugar. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until lightly browned.
