Lemon Cake Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    8 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    10 Tbsp. lemon juice
    grated rind of lemon
    6 egg yolks
    6 egg whites
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Add sugar, flour and
    salt together.
    To melted butter, add lemon juice and rind.
    Blend
    well.
    Add
    well
    beaten egg yolks to milk.
    Mix all
    together.
    Fold
    in beaten egg whites and put in glass Pyrex dish (9 x 13-inch) or use Pyrex custard cups.
    Set this in pan of
    hot
    water
    and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
