Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 1/2 stack packs Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grease bottom of 9 x 13 dish. Break chicken in pieces and place in dish. Mix together soup and sour cream. (Add little broth to keep from getting too dry.) Spread over chicken. Spread cracker crumbs over all. Pour margarine over crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot.
