Little Crabmeat Casseroles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    4 unbeaten egg yolks
    1 lb. fresh or frozen and defrosted crabmeat
    1 large can mushrooms
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    salt and pepper
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    half lemon
    bread crumbs
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Make a cream sauce out of butter, flour and milk.
    When it is thick, add seasonings.
    Gradually stir in egg yolks, crab meat and mushrooms.
    Then pour it into individual ramekins.
    Put buttered crumbs on top.
    Then Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
