Shrimp Victoria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh shrimp
    1/2 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. heaping flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute butter, shrimp and onion.
    Saute for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat.
    Shrimp should turn white.
    Sprinkle in flour and add sour cream; mix well.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
