Salmon Turbot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (1 lb.) can flaked salmon
3 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttered crumbs
seasonings to taste
Preparation

Melt butter; blend in flour.
Gradually add milk.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Slowly add eggs and lemon juice.
Season to taste.
Layer sauce with cooked macaroni on bottom, then salmon, then sauce in alternate layers in a greased casserole. Cover with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
