Quick Stir-Fry Meal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1 large onion
1/2 c. broccoli
1/2 c. cauliflower
1/2 c. green pepper
1 to 2 lb. steak or chicken or pork chops
Preparation

In frypan or wok, add water, onion (separated into rings), broccoli, cauliflower and green peppers.
Let simmer with lid on until tender.
Cut steak (chicken, pork etc.) into bite size pieces and add to vegetables.
Leave pan covered and cook until meat is done.
