Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (no salt)
1 (4 oz.) carton Egg Beaters
1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef, ground turkey or ground chicken
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Preparation

Reserve 1/4 cup tomato sauce.
In large bowl, thoroughly combine beef, turkey or chicken, bread crumbs, Egg Beaters, onion, garlic, oregano and remaining tomato sauce.
Shape into 9 x 4-inch loaf.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Spread reserved tomato sauce over loaf.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 165\u00b0.
Yields 8 servings.
