Sour Cream Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 to 4 c. corn chips
3 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 c. green chilies, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Preparation

Grease casserole dish.
Place corn chips on bottom of dish. Add chicken as second layer.
Mix chilies, onion, salt and pepper. Spread over chicken.
Spread cheese over mixture and cover with sour cream.
Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
