Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. (5 oz pkg.) precooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. french dressing
    1/2 c. chopped peanuts
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 1/2 c. halved green seedless grapes
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. sauerkraut (save 1/4 of juice)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/8 c. vinegar
    sauerkraut juice
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Cut up 1 small can pimento. Mix all together and let stand 24 hours.
