Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk, divided
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
    Mix eggs and 1 cup milk, then add sugar. Mix well. Add 1 cup of milk and stir. Prepare flour with warm water (approximately 1/2 cup), enough to stir and then add to mixture. Cook mixture either on stove top or in microwave. If microwave is used, stir every 2 minutes until consistency is thick. Remove from heat, adding butter and vanilla. Pour in prepared pie shell. Cover with egg yolks and bake until topping has browned.
