Baby Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. baby spinach, stems removed
    4 mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1 to 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    4 to 5 slices bacon, crispy and crumbled
    croutons
    shredded cheese or Asiago or crumbled Feta
    grape tomatoes
    black olives
    sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Toss all ingredients together. An oil-based dressing seems to set off the spinach; Ranch dressing works well also. Serves 2 to 3.
