Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and salted to taste
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. (or more) grated sharp cheddar cheese
    1 jar chopped pimiento
    2 c. crushed Better Cheddar crackers
    1/3 to 1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Cook and drain the spinach, and distribute it evenly in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
    Mix together the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese, and spoon over the spinach.
    Top with crackers, pimientos and almonds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20-30 minutes.
