Kartoflane Kluski(Polish Potato Noodles) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. finely grated potatoes
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together until well mixed.
    Dough will be soft and appear wet.
    With the side of spoon that has been dipped in cold water, cut off approximately 1/4-inch portion of dough against side of bowl.
    Working quickly, drop one portion at a time into four quarts salted, boiling water.
    Cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Drain in colander.
