Chili - cooking recipe

1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
3 cloves garlic
1 large red onion
1 large green pepper
16 oz. tomato sauce
16 oz. red kidney beans
6 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. mustard
3 Tbsp. corn flour
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. coriander
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Chop onion and pepper finely, then cook with garlic until onion is soft.
Brown the ground beef; stir to break up meat. Drain grease.
Combine all ingredients in large pot and bring to a boil.
Cover pot, then simmer over low heat for 2 hours or more, stirring frequently.
Include chopped hot peppers for hot chili. Add water if chili gets too thick.
