Carrots Elite - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Slice carrots in 1/4-inch rounds.
    Cook in just enough water to cover until tender.
    Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid. Mix horseradish, onion, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
    Place carrots in 9-inch glass baking dish. Cover with mixture.
    Mix bread crumbs and butter.
    Spread over the top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
