Ingredients

6 c. angel food cake, torn up
1 c. orange juice
2/3 c. strawberry jam
2 c. mandarin orange sections
4 c. prepared vanilla pudding
whipped cream
toasted, slivered almonds
Preparation

In a glass serving dish pour orange juice over cake pieces; soak 1/2 hour.
Spread jam over top.
Place mandarin oranges on top of jam (save some to garnish).
Add pudding next, then whipped cream.
Garnish with oranges and almonds.
