3/4 stick melted butter
2 beaten eggs
1 c. sour cream
minced onion and green pepper
1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
1 (1 lb. 8 oz.) can creamed corn
Preparation

In a large bowl mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch dish or pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes (until toothpick tests clear).
