Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1/3 c. pecans
    1/2 c. raisins (dark)
    1/4 c. light raisins
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Add all remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Remove from heat and fill unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes (until a crust appears on top).
