Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    10 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in double boiler.
    Add cocoa and stir well.
    Add sugar a little at a time.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Add salt.
    Add milk slowly.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Cool and store in a glass jar in refrigerator.
    This will keep 2 to 3 weeks.
    Serve over cake, ice cream and fruit.
