Tuna Noodle Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 1/2 oz. can tuna
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. finely crushed saltines
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. cut broccoli, cooked
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    3 c. cooked medium noodles
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine tuna, 1/4 cup soup, cracker crumbs, onion, parsley, juice and egg.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 4 patties 1-inch thick. Brown in hot butter in skillet.
    Remove from pan.
    Combine remaining soup, sour cream and milk.
    Stir until smooth.
    Stir in noodles, cheese and broccoli.
    Arrange tuna patties over noodles. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
    Serves 4.
